Submitting Artwork

How to send your artwork

Your local SportsMom or Dad will be pleased to assist you with submitting your artwork. If you would like to deliver it in person, he or she would be happy to accept it on CD or USB stick.

Alternatively, artwork may be sent to admin@sportsmomsnetwork.com (please indicate your organization's name and location).

Files emailed should be less than 2MB. Any files that are larger than this should either compressed with WINZIP.

File Formats for imprinting, engraving or silk screening products:

Vector files in PC format:

  • Editable EPS, Illustrator 10, Corel 10
  • Convert all fonts to outlines or include all used in the file.

Colours:

  • PMS (Pantone Matching System) Spot colours or black/white. Provide CMYK artwork ONLY if the art is being produced in Full Colour format.

File Formats for embroidery:

Vector or Rasterized files in PC format:

  • Adobe Photoshop, TIFF, JPEG or BMP
  • Minimum resolution for embroidery files is 150 dpi. The better the quality of supplied file, the better the final embroidery.

Colours:

  • Embroidery file artwork should be setup in the colours desired for stitching.

File Formats for Re-creating Artwork (Art charge applies)

Hard copy:

  • Anything from a hand drawing or artist rendering can be used to recreate proper artwork for production.

Electronic Format:

  • Any type of image in the following PC formats: MS word, Excell, Powerpoint, PDF, JPG, BMP, TIFF, GIFF or scanned drawing.

Colours:

  • Some reference is needed for proper rendition. We suggest either choosing a PMS colour or using a standard colour palette (from MS word/excel/powerpoint) and then we will select the closest match.
