Are there any start-up costs? What are they?
We want to make SportsMomsNetwork accessible to everyone. There is a token $99 entry fee / starter kit ('Member'), for which you will get equivalent value (car decal set, SportsMom outfit, business cards, training etc) in return.
I see you charge for your start-up kit. Is this multi-level marketing?
No. As a SportsMom, you will have direct access, always, to our SportsMoms Home Team. There's no need to recruit other SportsMoms to increase your earnings potential. Earnings come from your ability to meet customer needs quickly offerring our great quality products and fantastic service value proposition. That's it!
Why charge a start-up fee?
Our success comes from building a team of independent distributors who operate from home, yet use our corporate infrastructure. We are more successful than our competitors because of our shared purpose, repeatable processes, and strong corporate culture and brand. Charging a small start-up fee assures us that you are able to use our branding package and deliver on our service promise in a way that consistently represents our company values. As well there are many other Mom Benefits that far exceed the cost of the entry fees.
What support do I get from the Home Team?
SportsMomsNetwork promises to provide excellent support to our distributors with training, consistent branding, unique online technology and general business infrastructure inclusive of the back-end business functions for customer service, order entry and coordination, purchasing, decorating, invoicing, shipping, and much more.
What kind of training do I get from SportsMomsNetwork?
We'll provide you with a comprehensive orientation program. We'll ensure you have what you need to start a successful SportsMoms distributor business. We'll also provide you with ongoing coaching and support from a sales leader at the Home Team office. As you start to grow your business, additional training will be provided through meetings and in-person training.
How long does it take to become a SportsMom?
Starting is Easy! Approximately 1 week from initial contact. Each candidate must fill out a distributor application form. After receiving your start-up fee, your starter kit will be delivered and your training period will commence.
Approximately how many hours do I have to put in each week?
As many as required to satisfy your needs. Certainly the more hours put in, the more business that will come your way.
How much money can I expect to make as a SportsMom?
That's up to you. And truly, your earning potential is only limited by your passion, creativity, work ethic and organizational skills. A detailed explanation of commission rates and schedules are available upon request.
How do I generate customers for my SportsMoms business?
Every community has a host of sports teams, events and business needs. How we access the customers is a core component of your orientation and training. Natural abilities to sell and network are traits recommended for any potential SportsMom.
Is there a contract to sign? What are my obligations?
A standard distributor agreement will be signed between a SportsMoms Distributor and SportsMomsNetwork.
